Omg this store was the best . Such friendly staff and oh my the selection of nostalgic gifts and the breakfast was so fresh

I would have given a five star review but...We stopped in three days in a row for breakfast on the way to skiing. My wife got a cheese omelette all three days. The first two days it was perfect. The third day, the cook gave us a fried egg with cheese instead of an omelette. One girl behind the counter was sympathetic, however an older woman insisted the egg was scrambled because she watched the cook scramble it. Even when I showed it to her, she still insisted it was correctly made. We were very disappointed.

I got something you can't get most places there for a fred so i now i have to go bake there some more. they are friendly and smart to now I think learned something new ⚜

Olive's has everything! Such a convenient stop on the way to hiking or skiing, with friendly employees and pretty much anything you can think of available. Tons of parking, too.

Several of the staff are very pleasant to talk to and joke, making a quick stop in for snacks, gas, or a sandwich enjoyable. Decent prices for freshly made sandwiches. All in all worth a stop.

A convenient stop on the way home from work. Very good breakfast sandwiches, as well as an assortment of freshly-brewed coffees, both plain and flavored.

Extremely racist. They were being rude to my Asian mother just because she grabbed a cup for her coffee. The owner then followed my 16 year old self and my mother out the store and continued to argue with me and took pictures of our car without permission.

Stopped by this place Thanksgiving morning for breakfast before a taking a hike in the Catskills. Excellent selection for breakfast and plenty to eat. The store had quite a selection of various items as well. Staff was friendly and I enjoyed my experience there.

Only deli around. Staff is normally friendly. Food is pretty good. Its basically the best place to stop for a sandwich for miles. You won't hit another good deli for a while

For a great Bacon egg and cheese on a hard roll at a fare price this is the spot.

I travel Route 28 in NY 1-2 times a month. This is THE BEST place to stop to get food, Gas up and use the bathroom. There IS a good cell phone signal as well. Anything I have ordered there has been delicious. Nice, Neat and Friendly place and people. I'll be there again in two weeks!

More then just a gas station. Nice place to get gas, take a break before you get on the thruway at Kingston.

I have been coming here since I was a kid to me everything is the best I always have memories of getting a breakfast sandwich and hot chocolate on my birthday, I highly recommend it here :)

Great location. First decent place for a traveler heading west out of Kingston to fuel body, soul and vehicle . This a genuine country store .Dollar General, U.S. Post Office, Asian restaurant, and gas station all in same mini-plaza. Also Ashokan Turf & Timber and Carma Auto Repair on same side of highway within several hundred feet.About only thing not on premises is a motel, and that's about 3/8 mile farther west on same side of aforementioned highway. This store is at the gateway to the Catskill mountains and the Ashokan Reservoir area.If you are here to hunt, fish or hike, you must stop here. You will not be disappointed.Tell them Pete sent you.

Not much to say was greeted by a female employee with guages who had slobber all down her face. Not sure if dog friendly or high on drugs. /shrug fast gas pumps though

the five stars is for the professionalism of the staff. The cashier knows just about everything in the area. I've gone to other stores and they have no clue about the area. Sandwiches are good too.

This is a very nice country store and cafe. And it has delicious chocolates! Truffles and all!

Everyone is super friendly here! I tried a sandwich today.. the grilled chicken was hot, fresh, and juicy! I look forward to my visits here when I pass through town!

Our favorite place to stop on our way to camp in the Catskills. There's a great little store, they always have what you need. The deli has good food, and the kids always find some little knick knacks to commemorate this year's trip.

Really cool store with good food and some cool gifts if you look around. I try to stop in anytime I'm in the area. I frequently fish the reservoir in the area and it's nice that they have baitfish and some fishing gear. It would be a 5 star place, but the staff likes to complain about the cameras in the store and saying how the high ups are always watching them and they don't like it. Work place complaints should be kept to co workers and not shared with customers. Seems a little unprofessional in my opinion, but otherwise decent one stop country store

Awesome store in this town!!!!! Here for a few days away from NYC. Very friendly and helpful staff, family owned and you feel that family tlc as soon as you walk in. Definitely extremely convenient - we were able to get everything we needed that we couldn't get from Dollar General. And as you can see from the pics, alot of random, cool and unique items that makes the place a great visit.
